We were moving to the area from Virginia and had a tight timeline. Not knowing the area, Cheryl steered us away from areas and houses she knew wouldn't suit us. She regularly communicated with us via telephone and email to narrow down our choices; which was really important since we only made 3 trips to the area to look at houses. After we found the house we wanted, Cheryl again was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Any questions we had she either answered right away or found out the answer and passed it along quickly.
